Thank-you for your interest in storing your vehicle with us.
Here you will find more information on our services plus answers to the most frequently asked questions.


Delivery:
Delivery of vehicles is usually Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
We open by appointment only so will arrange a mutual meeting time when confirming your booking.
(After hours or Saturdays may also be arranged)
We will always aim to take delivery of your vehicle as soon as possible and fit in with your requirements.
Please contact us to make a booking & confirm space availability.
Towing if needed can be arranged around the Melbourne metro area at competitive rates.

Non-Running vehicles:
All non-running vehicles must be rolling & steering and tyres must be pumped up and hold air.
Additional fees for tyre repairs or repairs to make vehicles moveable will be charged.

Pick Up:
Pick up of vehicles is by appointment only, usually Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
(After hours or Saturdays may also be arranged) A minimum of 7 days notice is required for collection.

Facility:
We do not operate individual lock up garages. All vehicles are parked within a secure common area inside 
our warehouse. For security and peace of mind there is no public access and keys are kept offsite.

Access Storage:
Pick up and drop off is by appointment only and prior notice is required for collection. We operate a limited number of Access spaces so please contact us for more details and to confirm availability.

We Specialise in Storing Vehicles only and have no provision for household items.


Insurance:
Insurance cover is the responsibility of the vehicle owner. We recommend continuing with your regular car insurance. Most insurance companies will cover your vehicle whilst it's in storage, please check your policy
and with your insurer. For classic cars, most specialist insurers offer "Laid up" cover at a reduced rate.


Payments:
Payment is required in advance at commencement of storage and can be made at the time of delivery
by cash or cheque. Alternatively payment can be made via direct deposit to our bank account.

Please ensure you include your Last Name or the Registration number of your vehicle so we can easily
identify your payment.

Extending Storage:
Extending the duration of your storage is easy, simply contact us to arrange the next 
payment instalment for the extra time required.

Early Termination:
If you need to end storage earlier than expected, as long as you give us a minimum of 
14 days notice in writing, then a refund will be given for any whole months left unused.


Vehicle Storage Rates & Terms:
Rates current January 2012 and include GST.
Standard storage discount rates are for non-driven vehicles.
This means the vehicle is parked and generally not driven for the duration of the specified term.
All rates are for one standard size vehicle, this includes most full size American Vehicles (up to 18’ long).
Additional fees apply for larger vehicles, trailers, caravans etc please enquire.


Pre-Scheduled Vehicle Maintenance:
Maintenance is scheduled to be carried out either Monthly or Quarterly as requested. Regular Vehicle Maintenance helps keep your vehicle in good operating condition while your away. This service includes: Starting your vehicles engine and running to operating temperature, checking all fluid levels, operating transmission and braking systems, operating accessories such as Air Conditioning, and all electrical systems, includes a 30 point safety check and report. We supply a Battery Trickle Charger for the duration of the stored term and monitor battery condition. We also Monitor and adjust Tyre Pressures & Rotate Tyres.

For customers who are overseas and temporarily return once or twice a year we can have your vehicle
available to use while you are visiting. A minimum of 7 days notice is required.


Batteries:
When batteries age or spend time discharged, sulphate crystals can form on the battery plates which 
impede the flow of electricity, this is the main cause of poor battery performance or even failure.
Batteries will be disconnected on all vehicles once parked at our facility. We will charge your battery at
the end of your term, however cannot guarantee the condition of your battery after storage and discharge.
The only way to help preserve your battery is to connect it to our constant Trickle Charging service.

Tyres:
All vehicles must have tyres pumped up and hold air.
Additional fees for tyre repairs or repairs to make vehicles moveable will be charged.
Tyre Puncture Repair is $33.00 per wheel.


General Storage Terms & Conditions:
Agreed storage rates are subject to change. Payments are due in advance.
Vehicle is accessible by appointment only with a minimum of 7 days notice required for collection.
We require the keys to be left in our possession in case your vehicle has to be moved to access another vehicle. Vehicles are stored and driven at owners risk.
We have the right to refuse access to stored vehicles until overdue fees are paid in full. 
Indoor storage will no longer be provided for vehicles when payments are overdue by more than 1 month. 
No responsibility will be taken for vehicles parked outside our facility. 
In the event of the Storage Fee, or any other moneys owing, not being paid in full within 60 days of the due date, we may, without further notice sell or dispose of the Motor Vehicle on such terms that we may determine. We may also require payment of default action costs, including any costs associated with disposal or sale of the Motor Vehicle.
If for any reason access is required earlier than the agreed duration, or at short notice an access fee may be charged and payable before the vehicle is released.
